The NCS Colour Centre presents a workshop based on the same NCS course exercises used by BASF for automotive refinishers plus a few additional exercises for the commercial application of colour measurement.
The course aims at giving a basic knowledge about colour as visual phenomena. A thorough explanation of the Natural Colour System theoretically together with a series of exercises will be covered. An internationally recognised certificate of completion is awarded to each student.
NCS Colour Centre to provide course material & mask, exercise photocopy provided on 160g paper plus the black course folder. Customer to provide glue stick and pencil. Included with the course is the NCS Index 1950 value R2400 and NCS Colourpin II value R1950 – this forms an essential part of the course as students will need to check each colour sample before gluing down. Advantage of the Colourpin is it will form part of the students later work, it has the full 1950 NCS standard colours plus RAL. Plus certain Colourant suppliers in South Africa have added more colours to cover the tint-able colour space. The Colourpin also gives the student the ability to apply the learning with their own companies colour collection.
